Joining the People Make It Work family!

I'm very excited to have joined the people make it work family as an associate consultant.  people make it work has supported some of the most celebrated organisations in the cultural sector including Barbican Guildhall, Arts Council Wales, Creative Schools, Manchester Royal Exchange, Arts Council England, Ballet Cymru, UK Theatre, BBC National Orchestra Wales, Playful,  A New Direction, Situations, English National Ballet, FRIEZE and Clore Leadership Programme.

Their work ranges from fundamental organisational change programmes to smaller scale leadership development.  Current projects include delivering tailored and responsive support to members of the new Arts Portfolio Wales as part of the Resilience Programme and Change Creation, one of the four strands of the Building Resilience Programme, funded by Arts Council England, which enables arts and cultural leaders to transform their organisation in ways that will make it more resilient.

One of my first assignments will be working with the brilliant Anna Dinnen to create content and deliver support on accessing alternative finance for change.  We're working on some beautiful new tools so watch this space.........
