I was recently tasked to explain my coaching approach in an interview, which provided a great opportunity to reflect on my own practice as a coach.

Getting your head around business modelling in one day is no mean feat!  And this masterclass is a great place to start.

I'm thrilled to announce that I have been appointed as the resident creative business coach for Real Creative Futures (RCF) based at the New Art Exchange in Nottingham. 

On 14 January 2016, the National Arts Council Singapore in partnership with the British Council, launched Lead The Way, an inaugural two-part Organisational Leadership Development programme, specially designed for emerging leaders within Singapore arts institutions.  I was appointed as programme lead and together with Kully Thiarai and Tom Wilcox, delivered the pilot programme over a 6-month period.
